These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "EULA") constitute a legal agreement between you and True Legacy Solutions LLC (the "Application Provider" or "we"), not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), Google LLC ("Google"), or any other third-party platform provider. We are solely responsible for the Meerath application and its content. These Terms may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service (which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review).
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Meerath on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the usage rules set forth by the applicable platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or web platform). For iOS applications, this license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing (iOS) or Family Library (Android) or volume purchasing programs, as applicable.
You may not distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the application. You may not copy (except as permitted by this license and applicable usage rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the application, any updates, or any part thereof.
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Meerath, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple (for iOS applications) and Google (for Android applications) have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application.

We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple (for iOS applications) or Google (for Android applications), and Apple or Google will refund the purchase price for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You acknowledge that we, not Apple or Google, are responsible for addressing any claims of yours or any third party relating to the application or your possession and/or use of the application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the application's use of health, location, or other sensitive data frameworks. These Terms may not limit our liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
All content on Meerath, including branding, designs, technology, and materials, is the property of Meerath or its licensors. You may not use our materials without permission. You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of that application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the application was obtained.
You also agree that you will not use the application for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Meerath. For example, if you use features that require internet connectivity, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement. If the application uses third-party services or APIs, you must comply with the terms of service of those third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof with respect to your use of the iOS application.
Meerath is a digital platform that helps users organize assets, define heirs, and create legally structured wills. We provide tools for secure asset management, inheritance planning, and digital legacy preservation.
You must be 18 years or older to use Meerath. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and other data protection laws. We may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you related to the application. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.
Certain features may require payment. All payments are processed securely through Apple (for iOS), Google (for Android), or Stripe (for web), and recurring charges are clearly stated. You may cancel anytime via your account settings or through the applicable platform's subscription management.
These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
The application may enable access to our and/or third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services, and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, medical, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by us or our agents.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You and we agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms. If you are a citizen of any European Union country or Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
